Q: Is this bike in stock?

A: Sometimes. If not, it takes 15-25 days to prepare the bikes

Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

A: We are a manufacturer with our own factory located in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, China. A video tour of our factory can be provided upon request. Not only assembling the bike, but also bike design is our job. We are willing to offer more exciting bikes.

Q: Can you provide references or showcase previous clients?

A: We have cooperated with distributors and retailers in Korea, Sweden, Australia and the USA. Due to confidentiality agreements, we cannot disclose specific client names. However, we can share product photos and feedback from past orders. Our high reorder rate of 25% reflects client satisfaction.

Q: What frame materials do you offer for your road bike?

A: T700+T800 Carbon only.

Q: Do you offer OEM/ODM services?

A: Yes, we provide comprehensive OEM and ODM services. For OEM, we can customize the frame color, apply your brand logo (decals or paint), design custom packaging, and configure components according to your specifications. For ODM, our R&D team can work with you to develop new frame designs and geometry. The minimum order quantity for full OEM service is typically 20 units.

A: Yes, we can customize component configurations according to your requirements. You can specify preferred brands and models for brakes (mechanical disc/hydraulic disc), derailleurs (Shimano, Sram, etc.) tires, saddles, and other components.
